No one is perfect, everyone has their own journey to become a better rider.
Our motto is to be better riders and better people who respect the environment.
We strive to provide an environment where everyone continues to learn and develop with each individual day.
We provide a progress report at the end of each session containing an overview of the day, the lessons that were discussed, and what to focus on next.
On our journey to become better riders, there are a lot of obstacles and difficulties that will greatly affect your development and push you out of your comfort zone. It is within our ability to push past our fears and discomforts that we can truly become skilled riders.
The path to becoming a better rider is full of difficult but awe-inspiring times. With this in mind, while we strive to provide the most fun and educational experience, our instructors emphasize safety. We require clients to bring full protection gear including helmets(we recommend full face helmets), gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, and proper shoes. Our instructors are trained to mitigate risks by evaluating the levels and compatibilities of students to the proper trails, and lesson plans. Our instructors carry first aid kits, with proper training including but not limited to the 40 hour wilderness first aid.
A quote that you should keep in mind while riding is that “As long as you have another day to ride your bike, you have endless opportunities for improvement.”. Whenever you are evaluating a feature that is difficult, it can help to have this sentence in mind. While it is important to push yourself beyond your fears, you must understand that there is always another day and it is ok to skip something you feel uncomfortable with and return to face it another time.
